Students from Denmark participating in the intensive course in 2021 have, together with some of the teachers, written a project article published on the Nordplus website! It's a great success story!

Intensive course went to Norway

August 2021
Students and teachers participating in the online version of Circular Economy managed to meet during 3-4 days in August 2021 in Bö, Norway. The location of where the course was supposed to take place. With guest lectures, company visits and social activities - the students who met online in April - could now enjoy the feeling of the NordBiz network


Intensive course moved online

April 2021
The new  intensive course Circular Economy was supposed to run for the first in Norway. COVID-19 stopped us (again) and the course went online for one week. Students were still satisfied and we managed to keep most of the schedule online. The loss of socialization was of course there but students and teachers still successfully carried out the course together.


Grant Decision 2020/2021

June 2020
In June CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 56 510 € for the academic year of 2019/2020. The focus for the academic year is on the project (Intensive course - Circular Economy - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and intensive courses. As well as the network meetings with Deans and coordinators.


Intensive course moved online

April 2020
The intensive course Smart Cities was supposed to run for the third and last time in Denmark. COVID-19 stopped us and the course went online for one week. Students were still satisfied and we managed to keep most of the schedule online. The loss of socialization was of course there but students and teachers still successfully carried out the course together.

In June CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 63 280 € for the academic year of 2019/2020. The focus for the academic year is on the project (Intensive course - Smart Cities: Building a Sustainable Future - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and intensive courses. As well as the network meetings with Deans and coordinators.

In June CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 59 920 EUR € for the academic year of 2018/2019. The focus for the academic year is on the project (Intensive course - Smart Cities: Building a Sustainable Future - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and intensive courses. As well as the network meetings with Deans and coordinators.

June 2017
On June 1st CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 52.5300 € for the academic year of 2017/2018. The focus for the academic year is on the project (Intensive course - Smart Cities: Building a Sustainable Future - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and intensive courses.


Pilot Workplacements

2017-06-16
Our successful development project is finalized. During three years we have worked on a project for work placements and internships and in May the project had it's pilot. 2 students and 1 teacher from each of the 8 countries in the network met in Lithuania during one week with activities and group work (programme). The project was reported to NordPlus and the next step is now to continue on the results and ideas from the pilot and development project and turn it into a long term idea.


Grant decision for 2016/2017

2016-06-31
On May 31st CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 48.810 € for the academic year of 2016/2017. The focus for the academic year is on the Development project (work placements - see more under the menu "PROJECTS") and mobility activities.


Lahti new head coordinator

2016-01-17
It was decided that Lahti takes over as head coordinators of the network from the application 2016 (academic year 16/17). The reason is that the network, from many years of experience, have come to realized that it is more beneficial and suitable to have a coordinating institution in a country that has EURO € as currency.


NordBiz online

We were asked to write an article about our network and we decided to focus on our successful intensive courses and how they have developed our network into a valued cooperation. Happy news reached the network on May 29th when CIMO announced the result of the application. The network received 74.730 € for the academic year of 2015/2016.
